Escape at Harbor Point Apartments Other Project Based Waiting List

This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Stamford, Connecticut.

The Charter Oak Communities (COC) waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Escape at Harbor Point Apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from March 6, 2021 until further notice. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Print the online paper application.
2. Call the COC to request an application by mail.

Once the application was completed, it was either:

1. Mailed to the Charter Oaks Communities.
2. Dropped off at the drop box located at the COC office. 
3. Emailed to the COC.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• 1 Person Household(studio) $29,468
• 1 & 2 Person Household $34,680
• 3 & 4 Person Household $41,340

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Those working or already living in the South End of Stamford.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
